Matthew_Graber_PortraitMr. Graber is the former Prosecutor for the City of Lebanon, Ohio (8 years), and Assistant Prosecutor for the City of Mason, Ohio (6 years). While serving in these capacities, he was also actively engaged in the private practice of law, in the areas of criminal defense, probate and estate planning, and business representation. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1998, and the Ohio Bar in 2002. Mr. Graber is a graduate of the University of Buffalo (B.A. 1994), and the University of Dayton School of Law (J.D. 1997). 

During law school, Mr. Graber served as Legal Intern to the United States Attorney for the Western District of New York (W.D.N.Y.). He began his career as a full-time Assistant Public Defender in Florida’s 7th Judicial Circuit. He was admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida in 2000. Upon his return to Ohio in 2002, Mr. Graber was an associate attorney for the law firm of Peeler, McGary & Zopff, L.P.A. in Mason, Ohio, prior to establishing his own firm in 2007.

Mr. Graber has tried cases in almost every court in this area, including Mason Municipal Court, Warren County Court, Clermont County Court, Hamilton Municipal Court, Hamilton County Municipal Court, Butler County Area II Court, Butler County Area III Court, Warren County Common Pleas Court, and Butler County Common Pleas Court. He has also argued on several occasions before the Ohio Twelfth District Court of Appeals, and on jurisdictional matters before the Ohio Supreme Court.

Mr. Graber enjoys serving clients in the areas of OVI/DUI defense, probate and estate planning, and business representation, as he has done for the past 14 years.

Mr. Graber is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, and the Warren County Bar Association, serving on the Warren County Bar’s Character and Fitness Committee, which reviews the qualifications of new attorneys for admission to the bar. He also serves as a mentor in the University at Buffalo Alumni Mentorship Program.

In his spare time, Mr. Graber coaches soccer in the Cincinnati SAY Youth Soccer organization, and ice hockey for the Cincinnati Swords Youth Hockey Club. He also is a Den Leader for Cincinnati Area Cub Scouts. Mr. Graber has completed the Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon on three occasions, in 2005, 2006, and 2014.
